I need a mobile phone content delivery infrastructure developed. I want a user to be able to 1) visit a website that holds ringtones and picture messages 2) Either text a designated telephone number or pay online with a code number linked to the product 3) have the ringtone sent directly to his / her phone I would like this done for the UK market Is this possible

Hello sir we can do it for USD 450 We can do the application of sending the Picture Message , ringtone to the user using the site and phone. But the main constraint is the server... Where you need the custom application and the telephone service that will send this message. Our php application can send a message to this Application/services to send out the message or picture message that was selected. Looking forward for your reply Thanks kumar
