Gravity Forms plugin to hide data

[login to view URL] I have a developer's license for the plugin. I want the capability to hide certain data. This would mean that I set a field in the form that is hidden from the source code on the front-end, but will be emailed with the notification to the user when the form is submitted. For instance the user is asking for a quote. They go to the form. Fill out all the data that is asked of them. They do not see this new hidden field on the form or the source HTML. Once they hit submit they will get the hidden field data sent with the rest of the form in their email. And they can view the hidden data when logged in viewing their entry.
