Wordpress / MySQL Website

We are looking for a web developer who can create a website using Wordpress. The developer will need to be able to create a custom Wordpress template based on PSD file(s). This must be pixel perfect. The developer should also have a strong working knowledge of PHP / MySQL as a user authentication component needs to be built. In addition, some of the design components will require a solid working knowledge of JQuery and CSS. This will include things like drop down nav bar, content sliders, etc (all simple functionality). The website will consist of approximately 10-15 pages of content. Most of this content is text/image based with the possibility of embedding a couple of video clips. The website needs the following functionality: - Form to collect visitor email addresses - Contact form -Updatable News page -Ability to upload and showcase pdf / word files - An easily updatable photo gallery - a user authentication system: The database that stores the username/passwords needs to be easily updatable. Functionality needs to be built to allow an excel (csv) list of usernames/passwords to be uploaded to the database that stores the usernames/passwords. This functionality needs to be integrated into the Wordpress CMS. The username and password database also needs to be updatable by allowing a user to be removed or added one at a time.
