SCORM and Flash elearning template

I am a Flash developer with no previous SCORM experience, I have developed a template elearning lesson that I need to turn fully SCORM compliant to work within a SCORM compliant LMS. I will require a coder with extensive SCORM and flash experience that can take my template and make turn it into a SCORM compliant module, so that I can have a working template which I will then use to produce the rest of the course. With some basic research I understand this is done via basic JS functions and the LMS has a built in API to receive the data from the flash but I just need everything explaining (documented if possible) and coding for the one lesson. Please supply your previous experience in this field. Coder must be able to speak excellent English. Please provide details of what you will be able to provide for your price.
