Add SE Friendly URLs to small PHP Script with Rewrite

I have attached the script, it is a small Bulletin Board. It currently makes use of Apache mod_rewrite to make somewhat SEO Friendly URLs but they show up as "[login to view URL]" or "[login to view URL]". I would rather have it show "[login to view URL]" or "[login to view URL]". Please take a look at the script and you'll see exactly what I am talking about. If you have questions just let me know. I would like you to implement the name of the forum or the name of the topic into the URL instead of the forum/topic ID number. I also want you to add // comments before and after anywhere you made changes. You will have to complete the work and test it on your machine/server, I cannot provide FTP access.

The forum and topic urls must contain their numeric ids as that's the only way to numerically identify them. So the urls will be something like this. [login to view URL]{forum id}/{forum name}.htm [login to view URL]{forum id}/{page number}/{forum name}.htm [login to view URL]{topic id}/{topicname}.htm [login to view URL]{topic id}/{page number}/{topic name}.htm So i'll provide you with 1. the .htaccess file with the rewrite rules 2. the files that was modified to generate the pretty urls instead of the ugly one with arguments.
