Add functionality to website

Need to add 3 things to my website The current small business is of kids birthday place. As of now limited information is displayed on the website. I want to add few functionalities to the website so that customers are able to select the package and its contents (Food etc.) and the same can be sent to their email id as well as my company email id. So the following functionalities need to be added to website: 1. Ability to select the packages and content in different packages. The selection then needs to be displayed and there should be ability to send the same to email address 2. Invitation cards - Ability to customize the same (such as a pop-up box opens up to take in the details and then an image and pdf is created of the invitation card) 3. Username and Password feature - The visitors can sign up on the website and see content on website. However, the users that are approved by Admin are able to use additional feature as above.
