Need to build a website preferably in (PHP, PYTHON) with bellow main features: * Country-wise blog separation. For example, the user of Australia can see the blog of India. Similarly, users of another country can see the blog of that country by default. *Multiple admin panels for administrative purposes. Initially, each user can upload any blog and admin can delete whenever need. *Upload supported files (Picture, video, audio, pdf, ppt etc). * Filter exe files that is not support in the page. *User profile SMS code and email code verification system during user registration. In the menu bar, there is a term and condition that each user needs to accept while creating and uploading a blog. * Add section where anyone can give add and admin can post the add. * Contact us option. * Registered users can post any help or discussion topics where other register users can give his opinion under that discussion or post. So various discussion can be post here and it will be archieve in moibth by month. * Easy visible from all types of devices. * Integration with google adsense and Cpanel. * Developer is responsible to develop a fully responsive website both front end and back end design.
