We want to do an Office Renovation Cost Calculator, visitors can fill in the details and system will calculate the office renovation cost based on the data. We will provide PSD design (3 pages : Fill in details -> Fill in Personal Details -> Get report and show total cost) Something like this : [login to view URL] We will ask visitor to fill in : Your Team Size : ____ pax or Your Ideal Office Size : _____ sqft Workstation Size [info icon] : Compact, Medium, Spacious, Very Spacious Renovation Grade [info icon] : Basic, Medium, Deluxe , Luxury Moving Service for Existing Office : Yes , No No of Director Room Required : : No of Discussion Room Required : No of Meeting Room Required : Formula : Total Cost Formula will base on Team size OR Office size If user fill in Office Size : Total Cost Formula = Office Size x Price per SF Eg : 1,000 sf x USD 100 = Total USD 100,000 Price per sf : Price taken based on Renovation Grade (Basic, Medium, Deluxe , Luxury ) If user fill in Team Size : Total Cost Formula = [Number of Pax X Workstation Size] x Price per SF Eg : 80 workers x 100sf x USD100 = Total USD 800,000
