Build a Laravel membership website with MPESA

MEMBERSHIP AND REFFERAL SYSTEM. I want a Laravel membership System in which members will be paying a certain amount at registration,after complete payment the member is allowed to access the user dashboard. also the mode of authentication should be through mobile phone number and password only<no email> the user is then assigned a refferal link/id through which he/she will be inviting other new users with,when an invited user registers the person who invited them is automatically rewarded with a certain percentage(set by admin) of money into their account balance, which is withdrawable. Apart from users earning money from referrals i also want their dashboard to have a leaderboard where they will be seeing top 10 users with many referrals .
