Build a planning tool in Wordpress

I'm looking for an individual developer to build a planning tool for a service I'm developing. Sadmin is a website ([login to view URL]) to support people arranging a funeral and taking care of practicalities after someone passed away. I want to add a planning tool where users can login on [login to view URL] and plan a funeral from there. The website [login to view URL] is built with the Webflow content management system. The planning tool will be built and hosted in Wordpress and will only be accessible for Users with a username & password. Please see the attached PDF document for a more detailed specification of what is to be delivered! To be delivered according to the specification: Building of the web planning tool according to all specifications in this document! The implementation of the design in CSS & HTML (follow the existing responsive design from the Webflow template as far as possible) Setup of the planning tool in Wordpress with the current hosting. A login page for the User to access the planning tool. The login page will be integrated via an iframe to the web page [login to view URL] On the Admin-page, the Admin shall be able to create a new and unique User Account where the User can log in after he has received the username & password. It should be possible to create several logins (usernames & passwords) for 1 unique User account. Only the Admin can create this. When creating a new and unique User Account, the Admin should be able to insert and adapt all the texts All logins per account should be time stamped (the info: username + time of login) Save info in a log file, accessible in Admin! (here it is ok to integrate the Sucuri WP plugin already activated, if it’s possible) The planning tool must be stable, the server response times must be acceptable, and the interface must look ok in Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
