Build Website App like Google Drive

Brief: I want to create web app like Google Drive. So user can upload their documents and show its detail in one page without showing the real file URL. People cannot directly access the real files by type the URL. So URL could be generated when someone push the download button. You need to make the dashboard for user to upload, update file information, share the file links, and control the authority for someone who want to access the files. Shortly, its almost like Google Drive. Requirements: 1. React JS with bootstrap framework for interface and MySQL for databases. 2. Dashboard user for upload, update, delete and share their files links. 3. API for upload, update and delete and possibly embed to php based website. You need to make authorization for this API connection, like tokens, IP address whitelist, URL origin request registered, or user registered. 4. Collect file size and save it to user databases. So we can create a limitation storage for them. 5. Regarding to the brief above, you need to make a link for the files so I can attach them to another website. This link contains analytics about how much people access and clicks. 6. The files needs to have owners. You need to save the owner's file to the website with id user or token field.
