Build me a website - Tripcase.com like - but for tracking and monitoring bills and payments

l need to build a website like [login to view URL] which is a brazilian website used to upload invoices from different service providers (water, electricity, gas, and so on), in order to track and alert when a bill payment is due. Please go to their website to understand and ask me for login and password to check it's logged area. Basically the user logs in and it can connect a new bill, activate form of payment so he can pay the bill using a credit card, or see future bills. So at first the user must upload/connect a new bill from a service provider to start, and on iQ he can do that by connecting new bills which then shows many integrated bills. So in our platform there must be integrations as iQ does with the service providers as well, ok? But one thing that iQ doesnt do that we must do is to also allow the user to upload a bill from any service provider in which our platform would read the bill and scrape it into a new account to be paid. To better understand this additional functionality you have to understand that in Brazil we make payments by invoices that are called "boleto", [login to view URL] and on it we have all the details related to the account to be paid (see an example of boleto attached). So when the user uploads this "boleto" we'd need to scrape the data and save it accordingly. The user would then be able to classify each "boleto" uploaded by giving a name, or selecting it from a drop-down menu (fields to be defined, but not mandatory, so he can only upload a boleto without any classification and that's it). Moreover, the user must be able to send a boleto from his email to an specific email address, like boleto@ourcompany in which this email would receive and scrape the boleto automatically uploading it into his account. User can also upload an offline bill, which is a randon bill by uploading details like the [login to view URL] attached. Name Type of Bill - drop down: Bills and Utilities, Housing Taxes, Transportation Taxes, Other Taxes Tributes, Loans, Rent, Medical, Education, Others Amount Due Due Date - open calendar How Often - see attached Once the bills are there, the user would be able to have a comprehensive dashboard: - See monthly expending on a dashboard - Sort spending by categorization (drop-down menu) Bills and Utilities, Housing Taxes, Transportation Taxes, Other Taxes Tributes, Loans, Rent, Medical, Education, Others - See future payments (see attached an example [login to view URL] of another page not on [login to view URL], on iQ this page is not that UX friendly) - Set alerts to know when a payment is due alert by email or by push - Compare monthly expending Important, on Future Bills, the user would be able to mark a bill as paid (see attached) so he doesnt have to track it anymore. Another thing is that one the day after payment is due, and only for bills that are uploaded or offline, we need to send an email to the user asking if each bill was paid, on this email the user would be able to click and go to a page to select and confirm the paid ones. Those that weren't paid he must than set new payment date to track.
