Website Design - Scope of work The website: - Name: [login to view URL] - Website hosted on a2hosting - Languages: 2 The scope of work: 1- To replicate same website but with Visual composer as backend: in best practice possible and with no special css or php while keeping current structure and permalinks UNCHANGED with one difference: Backend should be powered by Visual Composer / Visual Bakery included in a new theme that has perfect reviews on coding quality, updates, responsiveness, SEO compatibility, not stand alone on WordPress 2- Team viewer sharing during development for our marketing executive to be able to see the body of work under development and to get acquainted with the Visual Composer use and development 3- Review and propose the list of plugins (non paid when possible and we’ll upgrade as need be) to ensure website is up to date on all aspects needed regarding the following; a. Security – Free version: itheme security or Wordfence or the same b. Backup like free version WPVivid or so (if hosting side is enough please clarify) c. All Forms are functioning correctly and safely with a captcha method or the same (if point 3-f is going to solve this part please clarify/recommend d. Website is responsive: most importantly 100% mobile friendly (should revolve around mobile) high scoring on google mobile test..etc e. Website is Optimized: using a user-friendly plugin is a plus. Site should be fast and passes at least 96% on GTmetrix and the like currently this is the situation (E 50%) f. SEO SEO SEO: i. On site SEO powerful tool…Meta tags: yoast or SEOpress or the like – please suggest ii. Off site SEO ranking and analysis: SE Ranking or Hubspot or SEMrush free version installed – follow up project iii. Again if point 3c is relevant here, please consider all following points while providing answer; 1. Forms 2. Landing pages 3. SEO optimization: on/off 4. Other g. Optimize Page URLs for Search Engines using best practice h. All images are optimized/compressed and named properly and Alt Text as well. Recommending a plugin is a plus i. Google Analytics/Tag manager is setup and tested for certain tracking; i. Forms ii. WhatsApp button iii. Landing pages j. In case minimal extremely needed additional CSS is needed please ensure it’s mentioned where (SS) and why on a separate document and ensure it’s optimized for Search engines k. Website indexed and mapped for Google with best practice and canonicalization (tbd) l. Website is integrated with social media with a possible page displaying in a nice way the main ones (Instagram & Linkedin) m. Footer, Favicon, …etc are set up and working and accessible through theme n. Install CDN free version or same or recommend your own 4- Other important additional recommendations Please note what we expect: a) After relevantly grouping, finetuning and correcting, improving and adding above scope of work b) Please use the outcome of a) in a time and action (cost and time per task and if broken down into milestones will be great!) like document (should not exceed a week – in my opinion) c) Please factor in the price the tutoring part with Team viewer part was done several time here…it has nothing to do with trust but all to do with tutoring d) Please keep in mind this project is preparing and will be followed by an SEO project immediately. e) Please ask questions and discuss all unclear points or points that involve several possible options that will affect your cost and the website and SEO project following it. f) We don’t want a hit and run project, we expect dedication and professional client handling and account management…please consider that as well Thanks & Good Luck
