changing a menu set up on my WordPress website

Hi I have a WordPress website and just need a small change to the menu. It is a drop down menu with the ability to search products. In the drop down list I would like headings like SHOP ALL. BRAND. BODY AREA ( an example of this would be hair, face, eyes ect) PRODUCTS (for example deodorant, moisturiser, kids ect.)  Instead of an icon next to the search bar I would prefer the word search To start off with I would like 4 main categories with headings SHOP ALL. BRANDS. PRODUCTS. BODY AREA Then I would require products listed under these heading (sub categories) The items are all listed under the 'select a category' but I just need them categorised Once a customer selects there desired sub category, and clicks on it, it would go directly to the page selected without having to push search I would also like to be able to add to my category list in the future when my I add more varied stock
