Hi, I am building a website using Wix. I need to add a calculator that can compress big numbers into smaller numbers within a given range say 1-20 (range). See (my calculator look) By compressing, I mean converting a multi-digit variable say 251 into a single digit number by adding 2+5+1=8. For example, a normal simple formula looks like this: Goal: convert variable meter into km. Formula: multiply variable (251) by 0.001 Result: 251m = 0.251km My calculator: Goal: convert a multi-digit variable (251) into a single digit number Formula: if 251 > R, then 2+5+1 Result : 251 = 8 The calculator I want to build looks similar to this one: [login to view URL] I need to add few more dependent variable and formula into the calculator. For example, if number in box 1 <20 (range), then number in box 2 = number in box 1. If number in box 1 > 20 (range), then number in box 2 = Formula (mentioned above) (See my calculator formula & problems) Essentially, I need someone who has strong background/experiencing with this type of work. I will also need the calculator to get coded into my website using Wix, so Wix experience is also required. Thank you.

Hi, I've done some work on WIX before and I'll be honest and say I have limited experience tinkering with their html section and am not sure if there are any strange quirks unique to WIX. But I'm pretty comfortable creating what you want on a normal webpage, so I don't foresee much difficulty in doing what you just described.

Hi, I have pretty enough experience in PHP and JS. I have not worked with Wix before, but I think it is a website builder like other ones and I can check it's documentation fast to do your request. I think Javascript is enough for that but more details can help me to propose better solution.

Hello, I would like to help you with this one. It can be done in several ways, but the most important question is if you need these calculations saved and be able to access them later, or do you just need them to be visible until the page is reloaded? If you need to be able to access the data after reloading the page, than we need to store it in a database on the server. Here is what I would suggest. I can make a provisional solution, a HTML file, which I can send to you for testing. You will be able to open it locally on your computer and see if that is what you need. It will look like an Internet page because it can be opened in a Web browser but it will be just a file on your computer. If you conclude that that is what you need we can than do the stylisation and upload it on your website. Of course, we will be in contact all the time and you can make changes along the way.
