Convert a Template to a Website - shopify

Template for shopify is from Theme Forest - Your Store [login to view URL] I want to use Layout 2, this will not be used to sell clothes, so few changes are necessary What I will require: 1. Categories and subcategories. CAT_A, CAT_B, CAT_C, SUB_A, SUB_B_SUB_C with detailed description how to create more. 2. Brands chooser (like Categories) First click - BRAND A-F, BRAND G-M, BRAND N-T, BRAND U-Z. Then 2 brands Apppo, BTTTC, KKKLOL, with detailed description how to create more. 3. 1 and 2 must be visible both in left column and when You are scrolling down on the top. 4. Detailed info how to change pictures, text on pictures and instructions how to make them clickable to: category, manufacturer, product or specific site. 5. Bottom Brand chooser - how to upload own photos, how to make them clickable to specific brand. Most important part - I don't want any custom scripts, modifications and similar.
