I need a CRM for small business that does the following:
-create customer record as per the job requirement
- assign the job to a certain user
- ability to implement calendar management so worker can see it on their phone
- ability to pick the customer details from the email ( outlook, gmail etc..)
- finalize job and send invoice
_ implement email template
- ability to reschedule a job for a later date
- send newsletter /special to client according to their type of booking
- be able to track everyday calendar
- compatible with phone/computer
