Developer needed for fixing a Laravel project

I write from the Sdwwg agency to request an evaluation for some activities to be carried out on the website "[login to view URL]". Scenario the site has been developed with the Laravel framework v. 5.4.27 and is present in the backend a data warehouse application for the management of products on which, however, there are currently no activities to be carried out. In addition to the public site there is a testing environment that can be reached through vpn and to which we, as the agency that manages the site, have access and possibility to make changes that are brought into production by the customer. In the production environment we only have the possibility to read but not to modify. the DB is managed separately by another company by microsoft machine, all data are retrieved through API. Requests The client requested 3 activities from us: - code refactoring: changing website’s source code without modifying its external functional behavior to improve the security of the site (see vulnerability reports from) and Improve speed, the site does not have very satisfactory performance in terms of speed, we should review the code from this perspective to improve speed performance (e.g. the website has ajax calls with an "async: false" logic so each call is executed only when the previous call ends its life cycle. ) - Update the version of the Laravel framework, currently the version used is v. 5.4.27, we should update it to the latest LTS version i.e. 6.0. - Installation of a third-party plug-in/software to send emails from the site so that there are more "advanced" reports available to the customer in case of errors github link: [login to view URL] We would need in a short time to receive from you, in addition to the availability to do the above, a quote with implementation/release time.
