Edit Videojs Open Source Code, Create Plugin for Wordpress & Add Videos To 10 Playlists

The "Ultimate Video Player" plugin I am currently using does not play HLS m3u8 video links. So we need to remove this and create our own playing using Videojs. I can pay $30 to $40 (Maximum) for this project. 1. I need to create a video player using Videojs (Open source code), with a playlist at the bottom. I will be adding 5 videos (Per artist) to the playlist using HLS m3u8 video links. The theme I am using has a pop-up feature. When you click the play button a pop-up appears showing a video player. We must embed video players in these pop-up windows for each artist. I have 10 artists on my wordpress site. So a total of 50 HLS m3u8 links must be added to the 10 playlists (5 music videos per artist) 5. I am currently using "Ultimate Video Player" plugin, but I want to remove this once I create my Videojs video player I can pay $30 to $40 (Depending on experience) for this project.
