Email API integration both Gmail and Outlook

We currently have a CRM software that we have built and we are looking to outsource the API integration of Emails. CRM has been developed in python but API can be another language. Current CRM is a recruitment software For Emails we require the following : They have to work for both Google Mail and Outlook We want the following from email integration: 1 - Ability to create a contact 2 - Ability to create a candidate 3 - Ability to create a client 4 - Ability to create a job associated with a contact 5- Ability to link candidates to Active Jobs 1 - Create a contact:made up of the following fields in plugin *Fills in the first name and surname from the email *Main number and mobile number also gets those details if it is contained in the email signature * Email Address from email header * Client field > will search db of clients and also allow you the ability to create a client as well if client not already in db * Job title * Rating * Influencer Level * Once the contact is created you will have the ability to add call notes. The call notes will have Purpose of call and Outcome Of call and the note field for free text. Also there will be an option to copy the body of the email to the call note free text box 2 - Create a candidate made up of the following fields in plugin *Fills in the first name and surname from the email *Main number and mobile number also gets those details if it is contained in the email signature * Email Address from email header * Job Title * Employer * Rating * Once the candidate is created you will have the ability to add call notes. The call notes will have Purpose of call and Outcome Of call and the note field for free text. Also there will be an option to copy the body of the email to the call note free text box 3 - Create a client should occur from when creating or editing a contact or candidate from an email 4 - Creating a Job - made up of the following fields * Job Title * Job Type * Client * Worksite * Contact 5 - Link Candidates to Job made up of the following fields in plugin * Candidate details will be at the top * Job * Status * Source All the above will ofcourse have the same drop down options as what is already in the system. For example like job status, Source, Job type ... ect. Also all the emails that get sent to the users mailbox needs to be tagged into the software
