Facebook pages timeline aggregator

I have posted this project before, but I welcome people to re-bid, I have reduced the scope of work to meet budget, please check the below, we are looking at maximum budget of 1000 USD , please don't bid if you exceed it: SOW: - create content aggregation for twitter/facebook pages/youtube channels, current website is [login to view URL] details: Home Page: - Home page should support the current layout, the control panel should allow easier additional to facebook pages. - The home page should have premium contents that are either (posts) or (page streams) pushed by the adv. Module. Login: - Users should be able to login using FB login - Users should be able to connect to FB and see their liked pages and import them to the CP - Users should be able to invite other friends to the website. - Users should be able to add their profile picture, country, other information to help in demographic targeting. - Additional sources should be supported (RSS/Twitter/Youtube). Timeline: - Users should see their own personal homepage that is similar to the home page (tile dynamic based) so they can see either single FB stream or can go to All where they can see the FB streams of their own FB pages. - timeline should allow autorefresh. - Timeline page should include spaces for google ads (left and right) and inline ads for premium posts or FB streams pushed by the Ads module. - Users should be able to visit the FB post on the FB page, or like/comment/share from the website (if doable) we don’t want to take traffic from the FB page, but rather generate it to them - Users should be able to visit home page to see list of recommended pages and add them to their timelines. - Users should be able to share each post to other social media. - Streams should not be inserted in DB, but rather refreshed online and cashed (check Feed Them social implementation) - Admins should be able to push recommended pages streams/ads/posts Ads Module: Admins should be able to push Ads to users timeline or home pages. General Requirements - All colors, themes and contents should be customizable using flexible control panel. - Website will be implemented using WordPress (preferably) should be scalable and able to split into web front and DB backend if required (although will be deployed on a single instance). - We are currently using Creativo theme, we would like to capitalize on it. - If the developer can build mobile applications in this phase, it should be quoted separately. - Website should support English/Arabic languages. - Arabic language should be right-to-left compatible (themes and icons). - Detailed code documentation and code will be supplied. - Additional recommendations/features are welcomed
