Fix no response from payment gateway after posting transaction

Payment gateway called cashenvoy Nigeria has been successfully integrated to my ads plugin. When submitting a payment ,The issue is that the test accounts in sandbox mode does not provide a response to cashenvoy server that it is failed, successful or insufficient funds, I need this fixed
