Google line chart with data range from sql data

You require a page built with PHP that produces graph based on data read from a MySQL database. I have a lot of experience working with PHP/Javascript graphing projects and will be able to do the project. Based on the mockup you've provided, it appears to be a relatively simple solution. The user will be able to select the date range and the graph will be produced using the PHP GD/Imagick libraries. There'll be a link to download the chart and data table.
