We run a growing gymnastics club. We currently have c650 members. We run Pay As You Go classes, Monthly DD paid classes and Termly Paid classes. We are looking to automate our enrolment, waiting lists, booking systems, registers, payment systems, members area with an app based functionality. Currently everything is done manually using excel or through our online shop using payment systems such as Stripe and PayPal. There are good products out there already like Love Admin but they are expensive in the long run. We are looking to develop something more bespoke for our businesses. Initially we are after viability and broad costings both initial and ongoing.
