HTML Form Site ready, need PHP Backend to write data to MySQL

** Please read this ** - and answer one question so I know you read the whole thing. I already have a HTML form build with CSS, I just need you to modify/add PHP code to it so it will write the form to a MySQL database. The form is at [login to view URL] - question is, what color is the submit button? Those that do not answer this question will not be considered for this project. The form has 10 fields, but a total of 14 columns in the database. I need a date/time stamp when the form was submitted in America/Denver (-07:00) time zone. I also need to send an email to the user that submitted the form thanking them for registering and to pay for the class ASAP (I will give you the email body details). I need this done by November 7th, 2022, the sooner, the better. I would like this done in PHP but I am open to Python. My web host is with [login to view URL] - so you may need to access this through FTP or cPanel. Database Schema is attached.
