Hi, I am Nallakumar. I have more than 10 years of experience in C#. I would suggest the following solution for this, 1. We will create a Excel Plugin, that will create a new tab in Excel Ribbon with 3 buttons in it. 2. First button is for Settings, that will have option to enter the credentials for all the ebay accounts or we can also we can have a sheet called Settings in Excel, to store credentials. 2. The next button is Refresh. It will pull in/refresh all the sales details for all the accounts. 3. The last button is for updating the orders in Ebay after entering the details. This solution is easy for use and secured. As, the main user (Administrator) can do the import (see the credentials) and pass on the sheet containing only the Sales detail to data entry (or Sales operator) to make the despatch details and finally the Admin can update in Ebay with simple copy paste and a button click.
