Indian PHP Developer - 20000 INR monthly

My website is Core PHP website (there is no framework) that always needs continuous updates, issues solving, improvements etc... on continuous basis. So you will be working on an ongoing basis month to month if things go well. You will be working full time from 11am to 7pm Sydney time from Monday to Friday and 11am to 3pm Sydney time on Saturday I'm looking for a highly skillful developer who can do this for me in an ongoing basis. You must be good with Core PHP, Troubleshooting Skills, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScripts etc... I would prefer if you have experience with graphic rich website page developments with professional website outlook. Please share your previous such work of great website pages developed by you. Issues on website must be avoided at all costs with thorough planning, careful coding, robust testing and overall and conclusive verification post deployment. Provide your best reference work. I'll verify your ownership thoroughly, so please send only genuine links that only you have developed. If things go well in first month, we'll keep going on MONTHLY basis. It's fixed 20000 INR monthly payment on an ongoing basis. It is not negotiable for more or less.
