Joomla Dashboard Using Fabrik/Seblod

I need to have a dashboard created for my clients using the Joomla CMS system. This dashboard must be built using the Seblod or Fabrik MVC. Please DO NOT bid if you have no experience with Joomla AND Seblod or Fabrik. The dashboard will have three parts and will be updated nightly using a csv import(A major part of this project). I WILL NOT PAY EXTRA for this. The dashboard will have three parts. Part 1) Client Information - This will be at the top of the dashboard and will include information such as company name, contact person, membership start and membership end as well as links to vital information such as payment status..... Part 2) Visualization - This section will provide the client with snapshot of the most recent activities on their account such as the number of overall calls received, number of critical calls and other trends ... Part 3) Archives the final part of the dashboard will be the archive where the client will be able to pull up their records by filtering by year, month and then finally date to pull up a stored pdf record of activities for that specific date. This dashboard will be fed nightly via a .csv spreadsheet that once uploaded will not only update the client record on their dashboard, but will also automatically send an email to the email address on record with a "snapshot" of the day's activities for the client.
