JSON > QBXML

Project is to create desktop app to convert JSON output from estimating program into QBXML for import into Quickbooks Enterprise v14 as Purchase Order. App must be written in PHP/java and be fully commented for in-house maintenance after release. Prefer, but not required, to use Consolibyte open source dev kit ([login to view URL]) where possible. App must run against Quickbooks Enterprise 14 and higher Multi-User mode or Single-User mode. User interface should include drop down file selection to select JSON file for import, reformat the JSON data to XML (QBXML), verify data to be imported against QB database to ensure data integrity is maintained (i.e. Customer must exist, if not, allow selection from existing QB customer list or create new Customer, Job must exist, if not, allow selection from existing QB Customer:Job list or create new Job to establish Customer:Job link), allow selection of Inventory or Non-Inventory item (99% of items will be imported at non-inventory), allow selection of GL codes applicable to Inventory and Non-Inventory items, i.e. Asset Accounts, Expense Accounts, Cost of Goods Sold Account, etc. Ship To Address should be picked from QB database or allow add new. Purchase Order number should not be filled in - the end user will do that as part of their review and issuance to vendor. It is desirable to allow import of Custom Field into Purchase Order which could be set in the App as user input and not come from the JSON data. App should include appropriate error checking to ensure clean data is imported into QB. A sample of a typical JSON file is attached.
