Looking for a Web Developer

Hello, Thank you for the time looking at this ad. We (an Australian Based Company) are looking for an experienced web developer to join our team, as our regular web developer has since retired. We are looking for a candidate skilled with PHP and MySQL first and foremost, with very clean, well documented code. Preferably done via MVC rather than just pure php dump, Laravel or CodeIgniter usage is not prefered, although we can deal with this; But those that can code up their own style of MVC is highly sought after. We will require suitable candidates to be able to show some "demo" code, to rectify a specific issue. and will be judged based on the timeframe of the piece, as well as cleanliness of the code itself. This is as we have had people claiming they are able to do the job quite often, but then not been able to perform at any skilled level. We deal with website developments, redesigns, control panels, and quite a bit more, as well as customize solutions to ensure optimization of time for the end users.
