Make a Chinese version of a very small website (PHP / JavaScript)

I need a simplyfied chinese language version of my site: count#[login to view URL] (replace # with -) It is a very small website (2-3 pages) and it counts words/characters using PHP and JavaScript. Translate the texts and modify the PHP/javascript. Due to fact that western languages and the chinese language are different the site can not be an exact copy. You need to modify if it so that is makes sense. In any case it needs to count the following: 1. Chinese characters WITHOUT punctuation (like 。), western characters and cyphers and blanks/spaces (and invisible special characters) 2. Count just the chinese punctuation (special chinese characters) 3. Count just the western characters and cyphers (without invisible special characters) and without blanks/spaces. It needs to work with simplified and traditional characters. It needs to work on the desktop and on an mobile phone. Include the Word/Character density feature which is visible when clicking on "Analyze text".
