Hi, My name is Jin. Lets talk about your project. You are looking for someone with strong understanding and experience with CodeIgniter and PHP. I have over 8 years experience with both. I have over 25 years experience in IT, with 15 years as a contract coder in Australia. I have a computer science background and have coded web sites and web apps since 1997. Before going any further, I just went to the codecanyon page for the software that you are using and it is based on Laravel, not CodeIgniter. They are both quite different PHP framework. I have much more experience with CodeIgniter than Laravel. However I dont believe I will have any problem working with it. Also looking at the software, I can see that it is very full featured and usable. Over the last few years I specialised in D3.js and bootstrap. Both are very good Javascript tools for user interfaces. I have over 15 years experience with. Because your main requirements is in the user interface area, you need someone who is VERY strong in HTML5. CSS & Javascript. PHP & Codeigniter is basicallty for the backend stuff.
