I have gone through your requirement, and here is my observation, 1.) In first point whenever you add new category in backend it wont appear in front end in Mega-Menu, correct me if I am wrong. Just wondering which theme you are using? Is Megamenu came with theme or have installed separately? 2.) Make prices only visible to logged in customers. you like to use any third party module for these as there are few modules available or you like to have custom coding for this.
