Need PHP/Laravel Ecommerce expert...budget only upto INR 1500. -- 2

NOTE: My budget is only upto INR 1500. So, don't bid unnecessary if you don't ready for this amount. I have a Active ecommerce CMS php script bought Codecanyon.. I need following changes: 1. Change in invoice like amazon invoice. 2. Changing the whole script from global/ National to specific geographic based (like instead of country there should be District/City (list), instead of City there should be Locality(Tehsil/post office) (list), etc...add Pincode option in address(or better to add post office pincode as we are going to tie up with India post for shipping, and while entering the postal code locality area should automatically added)(those postal code list should be controlled/added by admin) 3. Number to add everywhere without country code. 4. Remove tax while ordering instead there should be shipping charges visible. 5. Return and replacemen(either one of them) option mandatory for sellers and that should be controlled by admin like time for refund/replacement 6. Account details to add should be changed(like no need of router number, etc) 7. Validation should be everywhere like in phone number, email, where there need only digit numbers, where there need only alphabets, etc. 8. Some little bit bug fixes.
