Need a project management Tool like Trello in PHP

We need a Tool like Trello for our real estate projects. We need Trello-style cards. Every card has a different functionality. One card can store files, one card can store Todo-Jobs, another card can store Notes. Cards on the screen can be moved into another positoin and intems inside cards can also be moved into another cards with same card-type. I illustrated all in the attached PDF files. Please only make an offer when you read and understood everything. Many jobs to extend this project will follow. 1.) Create menu with cards like in pdf 01 2.) Create user management to add new users and grant rights and upload user picture - pdf 02 3.) Create main screen for selected menu item where we can insert different types of cards for every menu item 4.) Card types we need 5.) Create main screen after login (Home button should link to that startpage) where we see the todo lists and calender What i did not describe in detail: Every menu item and every entry in a card should have the possibility to edit or delete it and change the card or background color. Everything has to be safed on logout and have to be the same style and layout on next login. Every user should see same layout and colors. We do not want a big framework. It should be pure php+html with some existing classes and javascript. If there is a very tiny small framework it can be used. There are trello-cards classes when you search on google.
