I need a "program" which will download only blocked odds from the oddsportal site from halftime / fulltime - only from football. Only when one or more courses are blocked. Not when all are blocked. I would like the "program" to keep track of the courses on a regular basis, all day long. It can track events 24 hours ahead, although only 6 hours. If he finds an event about which I wrote, it should be written with information about this type of bet (there are always 9) and at which bookmaker there was a blockage. The program should work without updating
