Hello, I require a fix for a contact form script we are using. Hopefully an easy job for a good PHP developer. We are seeing the following errors which we need to have corrected in the script. [12-Feb-2014 13:58:00 America/Chicago] PHP Notice: Undefined index: Tel in /home/lvrsysco/public_html/[login to view URL] on line 19 [12-Feb-2014 14:25:21 America/Chicago] PHP Notice: Undefined index: submit in /home/lvrsysco/public_html/[login to view URL] on line 61 Source files will be supplied to the winning bidder. I am looking to have this done asap, hopefully fixed this evening. **Please note this error applies to more than one site. I just need a solution which I can then apply across the other sites too. We will ask that you tell us the problem once you have fixed it.** Thank you.

Hello! I have great experience with HTML5 / PHP / CSS /JAVASCRIPT / AJAX, but i also know C / C++ / C# / Java / Python. I worked with most CMS including Wordpress / Drupal / Joomla / Php Nuke / Php Fusion. I also deliver very fast and i don't charge very much (Freelancer website takes 5$ or 10% on each bid :( ).
