This project requires 3 deliverables. The first two is to create to PHP scripts, according to a template already deployed. 1 - List all organization records from db based on the existing template; 2 - From this script, as the user click on the edit icon, the script should link to a existing form, but adding the information from the selected record in the form fields 3 - Comment all the steps to do that, or write a step by step document, so I can replicate the work for others scripts.
