I have had a developer produce an online game for me based on a desk top version I designed which has been used in several large companies. I'm increasingly being asked for the graphics to be branded for individual companies playing the online edition and need someone who is happy to make minor modifications recolouring the game and changing text at this stage. If successful, I will want to develop a relationship with the same person to update the game and potentially produce an app if it continues to become popular. The original developer is now quite a large company charging ridiculous fees!
