i have a site that needs to be uploaded and updated this site was originally created several years ago currently this site was created to send out text to users but i want the following done fixing the bugs adding email for signup and email for how i can send messages adding surveys and survey pay admin can add surveys i should be able to email users based on their answers to survey here are a few issues i know of: *Sign Up not working *Recaptcha not working *Login not working *Forgot Password not working *PHP classes needs Update *Some PHP functions Needs update *SMS API not working *Update link shortner domain *Paypal API not working Make the login/forgot password/registration email instead of phone number I want the option to send messages from admin site to email OR sms I want to be able create a survey for all users and based on their answers filter thru the users to just contact them thru their email or sms please use the phrase "email signup" so i know you read and understood the project please be sure to bid as close to what you would charge as possible do not ask me my budget just ask your questions and give me yoru price and how long it would take you to do the job
