Hello, client I have read your job post and have studied deeply. Before, i have built Human Body detection Android App. And also i am very familiar in 2D/3D CAD file processing. ( ex : 3D Step file processing, Web based CNC cad tools, CAD traslator and so on). For this project, my approach is as follows: 1. take a picture and adjust with sensor information. 2. detect outline using opencv. 3. make dxf. This is not a real quote, in fact it is just a freandly message. Although I am not an expert in image processing, I am sure that what you are asking for cannot be done, simply because all image processing applications have a "standard error", and I understand that you need accuracy. So, what you are going to achieve, is wasting time and money in case you try to do the described application. I would like to make you a question: I understand that you need the dxf files of the cut sheets for future use, something like logistics of what you have in stock. So, you use dxf files to cut these sheets. So, what do you need photos for since you already have the dxf files? I maybe would be able to propose you something different to assist you achieving your goals.
