Zen-Cart Migration and Customization

I currently run an online store running Zen-Cart 1.2.x with a very simple template. I will be migrating hosting providers, and would like to upgrade to the latest Zen-Cart and implement a new template at the same time. This would involve setting up Zen-Cart on the host, migrating my existing data and PsiGate payment module (that is compatible with the latest Zen-Cart), implementing a new template, working with me to test the new Zen-Cart install to ensure all built-in Zen-Cart functionality plus the PsiGate payment module work correctly, and finally migrate the data once again prior to switching my nameservers over. Just to be clear, the bid for this project is for the migration work and implementing the template, not for acquiring/developing the template. Above and beyond the bid for this project, there will be a $250 budget to purchase/develop the template. The winning bidder can provide me with suggested templates to purchase or some mock designs that they may want to implement themselves. Graphics within the template will be developed by us, based on specifications provided by the winning bidder. (Note: I will also be posting a seperate project to implement a shipping module for this new install for our shipping broker who has a published API. I would most definitely prefer dealing with a single provider for that as well, so please do search for projects listed by me and bid on that project if you are interested)
