What I need designed is a product that will sit on a car dashboard that portrays the car as having an alarm system. I need a red led blinking light that sits on the vehicle's dashboard and makes the vehicle appear as if it has an alarm system. The bottom of the small dome shaped device should have adhesive and run on a watch battery which sits in the lower portion of the device and the upper portion should unscrew to access the battery for replacement or maintenence. It must contain a singal led, light run on a singal watch battery, and contain an on/off swich, and an adhesive bottom.

I am founder and manager of an R&D company focusing on analog and embedded systems design. I can design the related low-power circuit. I have already implemented a similar system for my car approximately 10 ago. At an extra cost, I can get the enclosing designed using a CAD tool and fabricate it using our 3-axis desktop CNC. Please note that: - shipping cost, if required, is not included in the bid. - enclosing design is not included in the current bid but it can be updated upon your request. - the case molding design for serial production is not included in the bid. - the requested prepayment is only for the immediately taken site's commission. We found it necessary because of employers who disappear after awarding. It can be replaced by an early milestone.
