Driver Programming for Windows 10

We are a company providing motion controllers for PCI-Bus systems and PC104. For our PCI Bus cards we are looking to hire somebody who can program and integrate a PLX 9052 driver for Windows 10 and for use with our source code. Normally this should be done with little effort with PLX SDK as all drivers are included there. The drivers we have now worked seemlessly with Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit. But Windows 10 makes problems and we need someone who can solve this. We need a separate working driver installation program (digitally signed version for Microsoft) and the driver integrated in to our source code.
