I need a programmer that can reverse engineer a program for a game and update it after the new patch (100% sure it can be done)

Hi! I'm playing an online game for which someone has developed a program that stacks stats. It basically equips and unequips an item multiple times but the benefits stack to a huge amount. Recently, the game has been patched but not so well. The program has been updated aswell to work after the game patch, however, I do not have acces to it anymore. I'm looking for someone that can instal the game, reverse engineer the program or do something of sorts, understand how it works and create the updated version. Can someone do this and how much would it cost?
