Looking to hire Chief Operating Officer for an NFT development company- remote

Hello, we are an NFT development company and we develop big brands and celebrities their own NFT 10,000 collections from A-Z. We are looking for a strong C-level candidate that can manage 100-200 people remotely through project management software like Monday or Trelo. The departments that needs to be managed for proper projects and STRICT delivery compliance of projects: 1. Roadmap team - we build a site page for our clients that announce and showcase their opening collection work. 2. Design team - we design the 2,000, 5,000, or 10,000 NFT pieces one by one through managed design teams. 3. IT blockchain team - this team manages the minting and upload of designs to the blockchain. 4. PR & Social media content - we prepare the social media posts and PR articles for the celebrities for when their collection is launching. We are looking for someone to work with us remotely full time and to have strong experience previously at managing large 100+ teams.
