We need someone who can understand the vision and required outcomes, and who asks questions and listens to feedback/suggestions from your team and stakeholders.
*** Scope of work ***
1. Team leadership: Do everything possible to h`elp your team meet tight deadlines. Rarely taking "no" as an answer
2. Project planning and estimation: Work with the team to accurately estimate time, deliverables and deadlines. Help and challenge the team to find out areas of concern/risk that inflates timelines. Manage critical path.
3. Requirements gathering and writing: Work with CEO to understand vision, outcomes etc. Create simple to understand requirements into a tracker to manage/monitor progress and feedback. Ensure that everyone in the team completely understands what’s expected of them.
4. Project Management: Use Click Up to manage tasks/tickets. Lead stand-up calls. Schedule and manage solution workshops. Manage risks/issue/dependency resolution.
5. Create simple instruction material in PPT and Excel
6. Thought leadership: Contribute your thoughts and suggestions.
7. Provide frequent updates
8. Support: Support your team, other PMs, and the leadership team. Take things off the CEO's plate, and you'll be rewarded!

1) for every project I have worked on most difficult part is managing stakeholders as it is part of project management that is mostly overlooked but is most important. I overcame this complexity by keeping communications open and tracking my engagement with stakeholders keeping them satisfied.
