Hi, I am experienced developer, 10 years of experience. Due to django recent security fault that 2000 databases where opened for usages, i recommend that you switch to full node.js for backend. If you want i can do python/django. Also if you want python as backend service, I will be using celery on redis. Although on node it is more nicely supported. As for service error reporting will be using sentry. Please contact me for more details on this project.

The project requirements seems like the will a lot asynchronous processes and this I have good experience on this. I am aware of some bug on celery with periodic task execution and I have worked with all the technologies mentioned except NodeJs. Let discuss more details if you think Node is Not a limitation. I have worked on Django Restframework + MySql backend, and since Django abstracts most of the DB operations switching over to postgres may not be a big problem. Have used Celery with Redis backend for background tasks in the previous project along with Beat (for scheduling) as well.. used Gunicorn as well for hosting the Django app, though initially tried apache with WSGI. All the Django , Celery, Beat and Mysql were hosted inside docker containers and deployed on Swarm. Nodejs + websockets I have worked on a separate project (with feathers).
