Edit Text on Python website

Python Experience and Turbogears experience required. I need someone who is very experienced using the python language. I just need the TEXT (only) edited. The programmer needs to know VPS because that is where the script is, and the programmer would need to know how to save (backup) the original source prior to making any changes. WOULD PREFER someone who knows how to test editing text on their own server. The open source is at [login to view URL] For Python source code editing thre are a number of special editors, IDLE, PyPE, eclipse with a python specific plug-in, etc., if you can use word then fine, however please make sure you back up the file that already exists so that there are no errors in case you are not able to do it.
