Design a 3D Gated Community with 50 Farm Houses in a hilly region

Hi Designer, We are a Chennai based real estate and construction company. We are embarking on a dream project in Kodaikanal to build a gated community with 50 farm houses (each 0.5 acre) exclusively for NRIs. Each house is built in Kerala style (no terrace) comes with a farm in the backyard in 0.5 acre for each. So, there will be 50 such villas and 5 acres reserved for other amenities that include two swimming pools, Gym, Indoor games, Basket ball court, Tennis court, Pharmacy, Mini Golf court, Food court, eHealth Clinic and super market. We would like to design a promotional video that is visually appealing and convincing to show to our NRI clients. The maximum duration of the visual is 2 minutes and it should clearly show the following : - Actual video of the location of the site near a lake - Nearby tourist places - Aerial view from a distance and leading to the site (We provide the above) - Entrance of the NRI gated community in a 30 acres of plain terrain - Aerial 3D of the finished construction of 50 villas with farm houses - Finished construction of all amenities as given above - 3D Walk through inside each villa (Kerala style 3BHK home) - 3000 [login to view URL] - House in 2000 sq,ft and 1000 [login to view URL] front garden - 3D walkthrough of the farm with tress, plants etc. You will provide the above and combine our inputs. It is a walkthrough 3D movie kind of a presentation to NRI clients.
